Jennifer joined the Active Health team as a fitness coach in August 2022. She grew up in Muscatine, and has been working in the West Liberty community through the Head Start program for the past year. Jennifer considers the West Liberty Community as her extended family and is very excited for the opportunity to spend extra time helping others reach their health & wellness goals. Three years ago, Jenny embarked on her own wellness journey and understands how challenging and rewarding it can be to make significant changes in one’s health. She knows first hand how important it is to understand proper movement and how it applies inside and outside the gym. In her humble opinion, “This is what makes Fuerza awesome & unique!” She looks forward to meeting many new faces here at Fuerza Functional Fitness!
